OWENSVILLE — The Owensville Town Council agreed to forgive a late $ 90 sewer bill in exchange for killing a resident’s flower bed.
Starr Miskel told the council Monday she’s upset with town employees for killing a flower bed in her mother’s yard when cleaning up the property.
